Manifold Vacuum connection on Chevy Astro Van

If your Astro is blowing on DEFROST only the reason is a bad vacuum line, or in my case multiple vacuum lines! In order to find the "boot" on the manifold, you must know what you are looking for and as they say a picture is worth a thousand words. I read all the posts and could not find it anywhere. It's located on the driver's side of the engine about half way up the motor. It could be hidden by wires, and it's horizontal and looks like a little spark plug boot, but it faces the engine so it's really tough to spot.
Once you find it, it can even be tougher to get your fingers on it. I replaced the hard plastic with 1/8th inch rubber hosing bought from Advance Auto Parts for about $4.00. then I ran it across the engine to the engine compartment and it ran to a "T" fitting behind the A/C condenser on the passenger side of the engine. All of the hard plastic lines were broke, so I ended up replacing all my vacuum lines with the rubber type so hopefully it will last for years. Good luck, I hope this helps!

Myrtle Beach Real Estate (commercial)

I think thinga are finally beginning to turn here in Myrtle Beach! I work for Coldwell Banker and there seems to be a little "pep in the step" of some of the residential agents walking the halls.
It seems like after what seems like an eternity, things are finally statring to loosen up a bit around town. It could be the grand opening of the Hard Rock Park this week, www.HardRockPark.com, or the new Market Common on the old Air Force Base, or maybe the warm weather and Bike Week just around the corner, but it sure feels like things are starting to turn for the better.
If you would like to learn more about the "Grand Strand", check out my website at www.GrandStrandLandMan.com.

Myrtle Beach Commercial Real Estate

My name is Craig Dierksheide and I am the "Grand Strand Land Man." When it comes to Commercial Real Estate in Myrtle Beach (or as this area is known, the "Grand Strand"), because this area is 2 miles wide and 60 miles long extending all the way from historic Georgetown, all the way to the fishing village of Calabash. The towns in between are Lithfield, Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet, Garden City, Surfside, Myrtle Beach, North myrtle Beach, Atlantic Beach, Windy Hill, and Cherry Grove! (I think I got them all!)

What people know as "Myrtle Beach" is really one long strand of cities that make up the "Grand Strand." Now is it making more sense? And since I specialize in LAND along this great stretch of paradise, I coined myself the "Grand Strand Land Man." Kind of catchy, don't you think?

You can visit my website at, what else: http://www.grandstrandlandman.com/ and learn all about this wonderful area I call home.
